Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy sets out how AL Abrish Technologies FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles the cancellation of any product or service we provide.

Our services include — but are not limited to — software development, website design, mobile app development, cloud hosting and infrastructure, WhatsApp Business API integration (as an official META partner in 180+ countries), IT consulting, network solutions, disaster recovery, and managed IT services.

We understand that circumstances can change. Whether due to internal business priorities, budget constraints, or strategic decisions, clients may sometimes need to cancel services. This policy ensures cancellations are handled fairly, consistently, and with minimal disruption to both parties.

1. Submitting a Cancellation Request

To request a cancellation, you must:

  • Send a written request to alabrish.technologies@gmail.com.

  • Include:

    1. Full name and company name (if applicable)

    2. Contact information (email and phone number)

    3. Invoice or order reference number

    4. Exact service or product to be canceled

    5. Detailed reason for cancellation

Important Notes:

  • Verbal requests, instant messages, or calls will not be processed without written confirmation via email.

  • Paid advertising campaigns that have already been launched

  • Projects or designs that have been delivered or approved

  • Digital marketing packages that have entered execution stage

As this service is directly connected to META’s infrastructure:

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds are issued for unused days once a cycle begins.

  • The WhatsApp Business API number will remain active until the billing period ends, unless early termination is requested.

  • If your account is terminated due to violation of META/WhatsApp Business policies, no refund will be issued.

6. Dispute Resolution for Cancellations

If you disagree with our decision regarding a cancellation or related fees:

  1. Email alabrish.technologies@gmail.com with your full case details and supporting evidence.

  2. A senior manager will review your dispute within 5 business days.

  3. If no agreement is reached, the case may proceed to mediation under UAE law.

  4. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will have final and exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Tips to Avoid Last-Minute Cancellations

We recommend clients:

  • Review project scope, requirements, and timelines thoroughly before confirming.

  • Obtain internal approvals before signing agreements.

  • Communicate any changes in business priorities as early as possible.

  • Use our pre-project consultation to ensure all expectations are aligned.

8. Policy Updates

AL Abrish Technologies FZCO reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy without prior notice. Updates will be published on our official website with the “Last Updated” date clearly stated.

I can also create a Payment Policy that pairs with this, so clients know your payment terms, due dates, and late fee rules. That would make your legal section complete.
